Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full-fat or 2%
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granola low sugar preferred
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the parchment paper in a layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Drizzle honey over the yogurt in a zigzag pattern.
  4. Scatter the fresh berries, granola, and dark chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they stick.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. Remove from the freezer and break the bark into pieces using your hands or a knife.
  8. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to eat.

Notes

Use full-fat or Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Press toppings into the yogurt before freezing so they don't fall off when broken into pieces.
