Ingredients

For the Smoothie Base
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks fully frozen, straight from freezer
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks fully frozen
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk add gradually — use as little as needed
  • 1 squeeze fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey optional, adjust to taste
For the Toppings
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh kiwi rounds or pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp honey for drizzling over toppings

Equipment

  • High-powered blender
  • Wide white ceramic bowl
  • Tamper (optional)

Method

  1. Place the frozen mango and frozen pineapple in a high-powered blender.
  2. Add coconut milk in small amounts — start with ¼ cup and add more only as needed to get the blender moving.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice and honey if using.
  4. Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and very thick.
  5. Pour the thick base into a chilled wide bowl immediately.
  6. Arrange toppings in neat sections — fresh fruit slices, granola, toasted coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
  7. Drizzle honey over the toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fully frozen fruit and as little liquid as possible for the thickest base. Chill the bowl before adding the smoothie. Add toppings immediately and eat right away before the base softens.
